Weston Winery/ Otago University Students Association (OUSA) wine program 1st Semester 2010 Wine Making where students make a quantity of good quality wine and recieve two or three bottles at the completion of the course. Clubs and Societies Centre. This is a multipul session wine making course with at least five intermitant sessions. Students get to make there own grape wine such as Sauvigon Blanc or Merlot or other, bottle and design their label. Includes visits to the winery and is instructive and fun.
